What's for dinner

I know Christmas is coming and I know probably half of you are on a diet before the great Christmas Eve feast. Anyway, I decided to share this great recipe with you mainly because I get very excited when an improvised meal turns out to be really good. Don't forget that eventually you will get hungry after Christmas and this may be a perfect recipe for that occasion.

PS: Frying chicken on a very hot and dry pan before cutting makes it more juicy and soft. Big brother's cooking advice :)
      Don't forget about salt and pepper.
