The fewer the better. Recently, we have been cooking according to this rule. I never thought a meal consisting of three or four ingredients can be this good. I have always cooked pasta with sauce, full of veggies, herbs and spices. We’ve changed it completely. Our no1 pasta is tagliatelle with fresh cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and garlic only (no need to cook anything except for pasta), if you can’t imagine how good it can be, just try it yourself. You can use this recipe only without prosciutto and peas.
A few days ago we felt the need to change it slightly so we added fresh spinach and wow, this dish has become my new food addiction.
What you need
What to do
Prepare pasta according to the instructions.
In s small bowl or a glass mix 6 tbsp olive oil and 1 or 2 pressed cloves of garlic.
In a pan fry the cherry tomatoes for 1 minute only with a tablespoon of olive oil. Some of them were cut in half.
Now add the spinach and leave for another minute, it should stay a little crispy.
Serve with parmesan and sprinkle with garlic and olive oil.
