What we had for dinner today

the less we have in the fridge the more ideas for dinner. and that’s how it worked this time, too. less doesn’t mean worse as we didn’t say a word while eating it, this proves it.

yesterday we had garlic spaghetti. The ingredients were: pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, 2/3 cloves of garlic squeezed and mixed with olive oil (i left it for a while to make the oil more garlicy). that’s basically it. mix everything and sprinkle with parmesan and basil leaves.

today’s recipe was even simpler. we prepared tagliolini with prosciutto, peas, tomatoes in parmesan/butter sauce. the sauce made itself, we only put some butter over the warm pasta and sprinkled it with ground parmeggio. mmm

for dessert which we’re having at our friends’ tonight i made apple-bannana-cranberry pastry but i’m still thinking whether i should do this. they look terrible, i’m not very good at the visual side of my dishes.
