This is kind of a crazy idea for decoration but I really like the simplicity of it and what great effect it has in a room. Again, the price they are asking on this site is ridiculous but this is really easy to do by yourself. It seems I'm a fan of DIY on this blog but when I see a price this high for something so simple it's hard not to think this way.
What you need is a picture of scissors like the one provided below and black stripes. Print it out on transparent foil and stick it onto your wall or wherever you want.
