What's for dinner - Pasta with spinach and ricotta cheese


It’s high time we started eating less and lighter after Easter. As much as we love my mom’s cooking I missed the italian cuisine. We went for a long walk with Ginger the other morning, had some delicious donuts and coffee for breakfast and bought some veggies at a bazaar. We’re planning to add at least one green ingredient to each dinner we make. This time it was spinach again. It looked so fresh and tasty. We also got this pretty tableware from the easter bunny, that is my lovely parents, I love it. Eating from these plates made our dinner taste even better.



What you need

any kind of pasta
a bunch of fresh spinach
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
a handful of cherry tomatoes
ricotta cheese
parmesan
olive oil
ground pepper















Ginger cut her paw with glass this morning but Kamil bravely pulled it out and took care of our poor thing.
