What's for dinner - Butternut Squash Cream Soup

After our recent pumpkin hunt, all we have been eating is pumpkin. We love it but we’re also glad pumpkins are available only for a while. It’s just like with strawberries, having them only in the summertime, makes me yearn for them even more when they’re gone. And then I eat nothing but strawberries, all day long. 
So, here is another version of our favourite pumpkin soup. This time with rosemary. It was really tasty…and gone within 10 minutes.
