Coffee always needs company

...and that's how it is my dear friends. Some of you know that we are addicted to sweets, mainly chocolate but well, who isn't? Ok, now seriously, who isn't? who doesn't love chocolate? If you are one of THEM let me know, I want to meet you :) If you however like to indulge yourself with this heavenly ingredient from time to time...this recipe is just for you. It's chocolateness truly tingles your senses. Ok, now I sound like a freak :)

Let's move on to the recipe!

Brownie layer
  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1cup flour
  • 1 tbs vanilla flavour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 big spoons of dense greek yoghurt
  • 2 spoons cocoa
Place chocolate and butter in a pan over simmering water. Stir frequently until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Now combine flour, sugar, salt and cocoa, add it to the mixture. Mix everything until perfectly smooth. Place it evenly in a square cake tin on a baking paper, leaving a little bit for later,  let's say half a cup or 3/4 spoons.  Prehet the oven to 175 degrees.

Cheese layer

  • 250 g farmer's cheese
  • 1/3 cup fine sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon flour
Combine all the ingredients and follow the instructions below. Bake approx. 25-30 mins.

What else can I say but enjoy your brownie!
