Fusion salad

Hi there!
Because I’ve been quite busy recently, I had no time to cook fancy dinners or prepare snacks. Here’s what we’re having for lunch today or actually, what we found in the fridge fresh enough to create this no name salad. It usually tastes much better with random ingredients.

The ingredients are:

romaine or ice lettuce
feta cheese
olive oil
glaze of balsamic vinegar (dense and sweet)
we usually add some cashew nuts but this time.we run out of these.

We promise to cook something more inspiring tomorrow and here are some pics of the salad preparation process :)

Of course we couldn’t miss a cup of moka either :-)
