Crêpes for dinner

I love summertime. I love everything about it. Summer vegetables and fruits in particular. Every week there is something new. This time it’s apricots and blueberries accompanied by delicious crepes. It truly was heaven on my plate. I slightly changed the pancake batter recipe, made it more delicate. I think the fresh summer colours made it even more scrumptious…mmm. 

The batter:
3 eggs
0,5 milk
1 cup buttermilk
1 tbs sugar
1.5 cup flour

 The filling:
250gr white cottage cheese
1 cup vanilla joghurt
4 tbs milk

 Well, but two crepes wasn’t enough…

Afterwards we took Ginger for a walk…well, it should have a different name as we carried her around all the time.
