Are you one of those people who can NEVER boil an egg the way you like? It’s always soft when you need it for a salad and it’s like a stone when you feel like having a lovely, melting egg for breakfast, isn’t it? I know this sounds like telemarketing but I just had to share it with you. I think this is one of the best kitchen inventions. You simply put it in a pot, boil together with the eggs and wait until the red colour turns into white, starting from the outer edges. I have tried this several times…and it really, really works perfectly.
