What's for dinner - Butternut Squash Cream Soup

After our recent pumpkin hunt, all we have been eating is pumpkin. We love it but we're also glad pumpkins are available only for a while. It's just like with strawberries, having them only in the summertime, makes me yearn for them even more when they're gone. And then I eat nothing but strawberries, all day long. 

So, here is another version of our favourite pumpkin soup. This time with rosemary. It was really tasty...and gone within 10 minutes.

If not, this soup is a great idea for a light, quick and tasty meal. All you need is a few potatoes, a leek or two, an onion, salt & pepper and a spoonfull of cream...and a blender.
