Some of you asked for film recommendations which seems to be a great idea. This blog turned out to be mainly about cooking but it really wasn’t the plan. Somehow that’s what we love doing in our spare time…and that’s the result. We will try to entertain you with other kinds of posts if only we find something worth sharing. To begin with but not to forget abut cooking, I would like to recommend you a film with my all time favourite actress Meryl Streep. “Julie and Julia” is a story of a culinary expert Julia Child and a young New Yorker Julie Powell, who aspires to cook all 524 recipes in Child’s cookbook in 365 days, a challenge she described on her popular blog that would make her a published author.
This mouth-watering story brings a smile on your face and makes you want to cook. I don’t even have to mention that the outstanding talent of Meryl Streep makes this film even better. See for yourself.
