Another cupcake story


The inspiration for making new kinds of muffins has not left us yet. It may affect our weight a bit but what the hell, we were thinking of going on another diet soon anyway.




How to make: 
125gr flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tbsp salt
115gr butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
120ml sour cream
Cherries

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar on medium until light and fluffy then add the eggs, stir in sour cream, add flour mixture. Put a spoon od batter into the cupcake tins, add 3 cherries and then cover with another spoon of batter. Bake at 170C for 20 minutes.

frosting:
120gr mascarpone
60ml heavy cream
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
toasted almonds

Beat the ingredients together for a few minutes. Spread on cupcakes and sprinkle with almonds.
