Chocolate peanut butter cupcakes

I'm going crazy with the posts today but we simply have to show off a bit with what came out of the oven today. Chocolate and peanut butter cupcakes. Yummy! 

In case you fancy baking something, here is the recipe: 

200grams all purpose flour
100 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp baking soda
1/4 tbsp salt
200 grams butter
1 egg
160 ml milk
3 spoons berry jam

Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl. Cream butter and sugar on medium until light and fluffy. Add the egg and the flour mixture, gradually. Pour into the cupcake pan. Bake at 170C for 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. 


100grams melted butter
5 spoons cocoa powder
80 grams powdered sugar
50ml milk

Whisk everything until smooth.

When the cupcakes cool down, cut out small holes in the center and fill with a spoon of peanut butter. Cover with the frosting.
