We have a little tradition now, whenever we go to London, we visit this pub in Notting Hill where they serve absolulety heavenly thai food, best thai food I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating, except for the one served by my brother of course :) This time over the Internet, with a little help from Andrew I made beef in oyster sauce. Apart from the beef that was a bit too hard it really tasted as if I ordered it straight from The Churchill Arms, I swear :) Because I made it for the first time and there was noone to take more artistic pictures, I’m stealing some of my brother’s to show you how it’s supposed to look like. Besides, I’m still trying to convince him to start his own food blog and then a restaurant one day. His cooking is really mind blowing.
